The pools and bistro at this hotel were top notch. We had a great time enjoying the pool and the delicious food and drinks at the bistro. The location of the hotel was also perfect for our wine country stay, with easy access to vineyards and wineries. Additionally, the staff were friendly and responsive, quickly addressing any issues we had during our stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a letdown. There were issues with the pillows smelling of cologne, unclean sheets on the beds, and a dirty and unmade pull-out bed.

We had an amazing weekend at the wine country getaway. The facility was great, with beautiful pools and a large hot tub. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. Although our room wasn't as clean as we would have liked, they quickly addressed the issue and even gave us a credit. We enjoyed the family activities and had a great time bonding with our loved ones.
The check-in process could have been smoother and the check-in fee seemed unnecessary for arriving just 30 minutes early.
